To be accepted as a Program Partner, a business has to offer an attractive benefit to city rewards members. Benefits should be in the form of an exclusive privilege, not available to the general public. The benefit/offer should be recognisable as supporting or adding to the overall quality of the program. It is important for redemption to provide an offer attractive enough to entice a member to choose Melbourne city and your service over other locations for their visit.

 

Is there a cost?

There is no cost to the business to be involved in the city rewards program - just the provision of an exclusive and attractive offer for city rewards members. The commitment period is typically for 12 months, but the program is open to offers of seasonal and rotating offers to maximise your involvement in the program.
